Who says you have to give up pizza when you are trying to eat clean? NO ONE! I absolutely love pizza. I wanted to share with you guys my "healthy" way of making homemade pizza. Remember it is always healthier to cook at home because you know what is being put into your food. This one is simple and fast to make! There is always a way to make something healthier! If you don't want to give a food up, find a way around the high calories! Perfect for a pizza and movie night on the weekend!

BBQ Pizza (approx. 230 cals)
Ingredients:
Flatout Flatbread ( 90 cals)
Kroger Canned Chicken : Use 1/4 of can (approx. 68 cals)
Sugar Free BBQ sauce: use three tbsp (15 cals)
Ultra Thin Colby Jack Cheese: Use one slice (40 cals)
Red Onion and Green Bell Pepper: Use to your liking (approx. 20 cals)
Instructions:
Set oven to 400 degrees
Heat up flat bread for about 1 min in oven
Combing vegetables and canned chicken in skillet to heat up
Remove flatbread and spread bbq sauce
Spread chicken and vegetables along flatbread
Use one slice of cheese and disperse along pizza
Put in oven for no more than 5 min (can easily burn)
Then WALAAA! You have yourselves a low cal, delicious flatbread pizza
