Vacay Workout in AZ

Don't get me wrong..when I think vacation I think about relaxing. However, if I go too many days without working out I don't feel like myself. Where we are we didn't have access to a gym, but that didn't stop me. No excuses guys! Get out there and use what you have. I love to make my workouts fun and filled with variety. That's what keeps me excited and motivated to work out. The weather here was 75 degrees and perfect for an outside workout! Hope you enjoy!

*Full Body Workout*
10 Box Jumps
10 Incline Push Ups
40 Toe Taps
1o Tricep Dips
20 Side to Sides
10 Lunges with overhead weigh (I used a rock haha)
20 ab crunches
Repeat 4x
End with 5 Sprints
